Svaret er simpelt: Det er nemt, afslappet og tilpasset jeres behov. En typisk session varer 45–60 minutter og kan ligge i arbejdstiden, til frokost eller som en del af en personaledag.
Vi starter blidt med at lande i kroppen, laver enkle stræk og bevægelser, der løsner spændinger – og afslutter med en kort afspænding eller åndedrætsøvelse. Det hele foregår i et roligt tempo, og alle kan være med – uanset erfaring og smidighed.
